Remedial massage is a deeper massage that can help with a variety of problems from sports injuries, sleeping injuries, day to day muscle injuries, general aches and pains or stress. When muscles become knotted and damaged Remedial massage can help with healing. This massage helps with blood flow, can alleviate headaches, muscle pain and general fatigue.
I will cater the massage to your needs, so either working on and around the injured area or working the whole body.
I work only at the depth you are happy with, within my pressure range.
I would class myself at medium pressure, so I can go lighter but I wont go in super deep. If you are looking for DEEP work, I might not be the person for you. I dislike the "No pain, no gain" saying. We have pain receptors for a reason so if more trauma is inflicted to an already injured muscle, then it will not relax. And relaxed is what we are aiming for..

Pregnancy massage
Massage during pregnancy can help with the relief of many discomforts, like lower back pain, leg pain, stress, headaches and general fatigue, as your body adjusts to your pregnancy. With the special pregnancy table this allows you to lay on your stomach with no pressure on baby, so you can fully enjoy a back massage.
Please note. If you have not had regular massages before conception, then some doctors recommend that you wait until you are 12 weeks before having your first massage.

Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is an amazing experience using Tibetan singing bowls. The bowls are placed on and around the body, and then played, to help balance Chakras, induce relaxation and bring a calm and meditative state to your mind and body. You will hear the beautiful musical gongs of the bowls and feel their vibrations through your body as they are played. This is a therapy that has to be tried to be believed.

Cupping (modern slide cupping)
Modern slide cupping is different from traditional Chinese cupping. Cups are moved around the body, to reduce bruising attributed to traditional cupping. It helps loosen fascia to then allow muscles to have a better release and induce relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a unique style of massage. Using the hot volcanic stones while massaging, brings warmth to the muscles for a truly wonderful relief. It helps with the release of toxins and muscle tightness, stimulates blood supply and helps with stress relief.

Lymphatic Drainage massage is a very light massage moving in one direction-towards the heart. It helps move fluid away from troublesome areas eg. feet, ankles, hands, arms, and moves it back into the circulatory system. Lymphatic drainage is useful particularly after surgery, accidents or for a toxic cleanse.

Ear Candling
Ear candling is an ancient tradition. It clears ear wax and debris from the ear canal and can help clear sinus and problems associated with hayfever and allergies.
It can help with headaches, ringing in the ears and dizziness. It can also bring about an experience of feeling lighter and clearer.
