Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24hours is required
to cancel or change an appointment.
Failure to give 24 hours notice, same day cancellations/changes to appointment or no shows, will result in the following,
1st time = Forgiven
2nd time = Half the original appointment time fee will be charged for the missed appointment and this must be paid at the time of your next appointment.
3rd time = Full appointment fee will be charged for the missed appointment and this must be paid at the time of your next appointment.
4th time = Full appointment fee will be charged for the missed appointment and an invoice sent, and will need to be paid within 14 days.
No further appointments will be offered.
NOTE- Monday appointments must be cancelled or altered on the Friday before. Changes or cancellations made over the weekend (when I am closed) will equate to a same day cancellation and will be charged as such.
